We try hard to make sure that when our clients have a problem, we get the problem resolved as soon as possible. If desired, our first step in handling any problem is to walk through any troubleshooting processes over the phone, carefully and patiently. Even if the person calling has no knowledge of the system in question, we provide step-by-step instructions for trying to resolve the problem without having to wait for one of our technicians to reach your site. Depending on your contract, phone support options can be anywhere from 24/7/365 to weekdays 9-5. Clients without a support contract can still call and receive phone support, but it may be on a callback basis if other clients are being assisted.
